Working here for just over a year as a server has been a great experience. It's refreshing to work somewhere that values professionalism without taking away the ability to be authentic. The culture we've built as a team is something special — supportive, genuine, and fun. Every positive interaction with a guest or member reminds me why I love what I do.

Working at Canoe Brook Country Club is truly a rewarding experience—I love being part of a team where the atmosphere is always positive, professional, and welcoming. What makes it even more special are the members, who are not only kind and respectful but also make you feel appreciated and valued. Whether it's a busy event or a regular day at the club, there's a strong sense of community and pride that makes Canoe Brook feel like a second home.

When I started at Canoe Brook Country Club as a Horticulturist, I had no idea of the amount of different roles I would be able to attain to strengthen my career. During my fifteen years, I have been able to expand my Horticulture role as well as become the Golf Course Superintendent of both the South and North Courses. I was given the opportunity to learn from senior staff members and grow through different industry events. Over the years, I have been able to lead large scale construction projects, redesign garden and planting areas and possibly of most value to me, develop as a manager. I am so grateful to those at Canoe Brook who have encouraged me to grow.
