Golf

Canoe Brook Country Club is very proud to offer 36-holes of championship golf across its two unique courses.

North Course

The North Course originally opened in 1901 and was significantly renovated over the years by Walter Travis and, later, Rees Jones. It is a challenging 18-hole, par-72 masterpiece that demands both power and touch to conquer its 7,115 yards, as measured from the championship tees. It is more often played from the optional Member tees, which reduces its length but retains the need for fine skills to approach and putt very challenging greens. More Information »

South Course

The South Course opened in 1924 and was designed by Charles H. Alison of the world-famous firm of Colt, Alison and MacKenzie. The South is an 18-hole, par-72 challenger covering 6,691 yards from its championship tees. Architectural features include finesse doglegs and a unique layout of five par-3s and five par-5s. Enhanced by waterfalls, stone walls and bridges, Members often find the South a welcoming respite from the demands of the North. More Information »

Practice Areas

Three practice areas allow golfers to perfect
their game year round: a driving range, with
sand and chipping areas, is located nearby the Clubhouse; a practice putting green lies in front of the Terrace Grill; and a new short-shot and chipping green sits adjacent to the 11th hole on the North Course. This practice area provides a relaxing and secluded locale for Members and their Guests to prepare for their next challenging match.
